I used the Zendesk connector to create case in Dynamic CRM when the ticket created in Zendesk. It only works very few times. From the history, I can't see any new ticket has been found. It always showed skipped.

Thank you for your response.
I just created very simple flow: the trigger is on Zendesk Ticket creation and Action is to create a CRM Case. I kept creating the tickets in Zendesk but not one being picked up. By the way, I didn't use any template. Here is my screenshot.
