Running Custom Connectors

A stand-alone license is required to run custom connectors.

However, we have now verified that the flow using the custom connector can be used even without a license.

Was this a change in behavior or something else?
If there has been a change in behavior, please provide us with public information.

    Recently there have been few changes related to the Power automate licensing. I am adding a link here that downloads the licensing file for you. That PDF file will explain you more about power automate licensing capabilities that have been recently added and the ones that have already been there. Hope that will answer your question.
