Posting Messages in Teams as SharePoint List

Hello,

I need help in completing a flow. The concept I am working on for our call centers is to develop a form that standardizes the information management needs when an an agent is submitting an email associated with a customer's account. The form will be embedded as a tab in the Microsoft Teams Group (depicted below) .

Once the agent fills out the form, the form fields and responses will be posted to the channel (example depicted below).

The posted message is pushed to a SharePoint list (depicted below) using a Power Automate flow action.

Question:

  1. How do I capture not only the initial post to the Teams group; but all replies to the post within the list record using triggers or actions in the flow.

Below is the current flow setup.

    Hi @Anonymous,

It's unfortunate that there is no action could get all reply of the post to MS teams, if you like feature, you could head to IDEA forum to vote for this idea, raise it to make it could come true in the future:

Get replies to message thread in Teams - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

    Best Regards,
