Hi,
In the pic below,when I try to submit the forms its show that the Problem Statement is required to filled but in the form there no field with that name.
Please help!
The form does not have the field but your SharePoint list has the field "Problem Statement", which is required. So, while creating the item, it is failing as it is expecting value in the required field.
If you do not want to add the field to the form, set a default value for field and refresh the data source in the Power App.
(OR)
You can make the "Problem Statement" field not a required field and refresh the data source in the Power App.
Then, try submitting the form.
