Alert: Your connection isn't working

Hi All,

I use a service account to send ALL my email alerts from FLOW, since you need a valid email account to send emails from or ALL email alerts will come from the creator's account (which I can't understand why MS would ever think this was a good idea!!).

 

I keep getting the below alert, or I just get an alert that my FLOW failed, and when I go to see what failed I have to reauthenticate.

 

I can update it when the alert comes thru, but why do these connectors need to get reauthenticated??

How do I stop this from happening?  The Json just says the connection has no rights.

Nothing has changed on our network that would cause this.
