Sharepoint Approval Flow - Link to eror 404

Hi, I have created a sharepoint list with approval flow function. However, my co-worker is not able to use the approval function. It shows "error 404" when click the approve button. Their licence is Office 365 Enterprise E3. Anyone have any idea on this?

I have attached 2 pictures:

1. When an item is created, the flow will trigger and send an email request respective owner to reponse.

2. After click "approve" button, it shows 404.

    What is current situation, I met a similar issue yesterday, and everything is back to normal.

    Please also check the information posted by MS Flow Support to see if the issue mentioned has an impact on your region. The information display service has returned to normal.
