Upload document in form and save it to document list

Dear all,

I am new to power automate. I am trying to to create a flow which will take data from my form and will save its information to a document library. 

With the help of youtube, I am able to create the flow which will save the data to a document library. But I am uploading a file as well in my form and which I am not able to show in the document library.

I am stuck. Please help me if someone can help.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

     

    Could you please share more details? What do you mean by file not show in library? If you expand the Create file action in run history and see the outputs, what can you see? Since it says successful, and you are able to see file properties in those library columns, there should be a file.

     

    Is it possible that you have hidden the Name column in this library?

    Thank you. Yes, Name column was hidden. Now I have un hide it and can see the file name. Thanks alot.
