I am using "When a row is changed or Modified " dataverse trigger for the flow and have added 3 columns in the select columns field.
I need to know out of 3 columns which I added in the trigger, which column has triggered the flow
Good question, but I don't think there is a way of identifying which of the specified columns triggered the flow.
But did you know that you can make your trigger more specific with a Filter Rows and check the value of the field itself.

Do we have any "haschanged" kind of filter for Dataverse?
I am not aware of any such field.
