Hi
I created several environments in the past on https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/ and they showed up in the Environments tab (as expected). I created a new environment 3 days ago and it does not show up on https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/ and I can also not select it on https://make.powerapps.com. However I can access the Dynamics 365 sandbox instance via its url <url>.crm4.dynamics.com and I have access to everything via the old Dynamics 365 settings (i.e. I can install solutions, create application users etc.).
What can I do to make this environment appear in https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/ and https://make.powerapps.com ?

Have you tried to open the admin center using another browser? Can you find the environment then?
If you have tried this but still cannot work, for this issue, I would suggest you quickly submit a support ticket, so that you can get a most effective reply from there. The support engineers there have more resources, maybe some engineers also handled these kind of issues.https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
