    Scan QR Code from PDF
    Hi mathiaskjeldsen and WillSG,
    Actually I can use power automate cloud but there how we can save the screenshot or pdf file?
    We need to save the file or image to sharepoint right. But the pdf will come from the client via email to me.
    So how can we use it using cloud?
    If there is a solution to this that will be helpful for me.
    Thanks!!

    Scan QR Code from PDF
    Hi again

    These messages and reply functionalities are not great still in the new community. I don't receive notifications on when people have tagged me, which is quite unfortunate. Nevertheless, I found this article that might help - I don't believe you can solve this in Power Automate Desktop, you will need to user Power Automae Clod :)

    Best regards

    Scan QR Code from PDF
    Hi @kunal_jain28598 I hope you are doing well.

    Power Automate Desktop does not have the option to scan a QR Code, but that can easily automated.

    Please see the sniped Code below, this sniped code is the first part of the process:

    System.RunApplication.RunApplicationAndWaitToComplete ApplicationPath: $'''D:\\User\\wsanchez\\Course RPA\\04.PAD Platform Community Topics\\02.QR Code to be Scanned\\form-cms1500-filled.pdf''' WindowStyle: System.ProcessWindowStyle.Maximized Timeout: 0 ProcessId=> AppProcessId ExitCode=> AppExitCode
    WebAutomation.LaunchEdge.AttachToEdgeByTitle TabTitle: $'''form-cms1500-filled.pdf''' AttachTimeout: 5 BrowserInstance=> Browser
    Workstation.TakeScreenshot.TakeScreenshotAndSaveToFile File: $'''D:\\User\\wsanchez\\Course RPA\\04.PAD Platform Community Topics\\02.QR Code to be Scanned\\Save QR Codes\\QRCode.JPG''' ImageFormat: System.ImageFormat.Jpg
    WebAutomation.CloseWebBrowser BrowserInstance: Browser

    You have to adjust as needed.

    Then, you can install a Microsoft Free app from the MS Store name “QR Code Scanner”

    The third tab of this app will allow you (PAD) to select the screenshot previously saved.

    Once scanned, a pop-up window will showcase the URL embedded in the QR Code, PAD will have to press the Copy to Clipboard and then the process will continue.

    Please let me know if it works, happy automating!

    The coordinated are fixed and I am able to take the screenshot successfully.
    But I want to scan the screenshot that contains the qr.
    How should I take the screenshot?
    Thanks in advance!!

    Scan QR Code from PDF
    Hey

    If the QR code is always located the same place in the PDF file, I would just take a screenshot of the PDF by specifying the X Y coordinates where the QR code is.

    Best regards
