I create a flow that works great but the only time in runs is in edit mode when run a Test to Trigger the action. My action starts when a Item is created or modified. But it only runs when I do a test trigger.
Microsoft changed a lot of the triggers over to Polling last fall. In my experience it now can be anywhere up to about 5 minutes before the Created or Modified trigger fires. When you edit the flow it fires immediately. Have you tried waiting 5 minutes after an item is created to see if it triggers? BTW, if you are on the Flow free license it can be up to 30 minutes before it triggers.
Yes it updated in about 5 min I have a GCC Licensed.
