I building a form to get customer informations on the field.
I want to specify on the form that a customer has 3 children and 3 other forms be provided for me to enter name, sex and age for each the children.
But it should save as individual records but tied to same address and location as parent at the end I should have saved 4 records in my share point list. Can anyone help?
