Good morning guys,
I created a flow that creates a pdf file which should then be send out to a specific user and request them to sign this file. Then it should wait for the file to be signed and then update the old file in the SP library. I use a third-party tool for that.
I can properly connect to that tool and configure the action. But whenever I run the flow it starts the signature process, runs for about a minute and then fails with "redirect" error. I'll put some screenshots below:
it says "error at action 'execute_an_action' (that's the action's name)"
In the outputs of that action it shows status code 302. Seems like the actions wants to redirect the flow somewhere, but doesn't work, could that be true?
And is that an error at power automate or at the third-party tool I use?
Hi @LisKr !
It is not an error as such. @wyattdave mentionned a workaround in order to catch the exception :
https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Community-Blog/1-Minute-Fixes-Handling-302-Redirect-urls/ba-p/2622507#:~:text=Power%20Automate%20does%20not%20handle,temporary%20(often%20for%20security).
Another option is to handle for the next action the "Run after" and to add the "has failed" option :
Let me know if it helps.
