Hi,
I am trying to generate an agreement from template in Adobe Sign and send it to any user from our company using power automate. The agreement is succesfully sent to any personal email and to non-directory version of the email (we have in our company 2 types of email for each eployee 1) id@company.com (this is provided by the Office365 connector in Powerapps, syntax: Office365Users.MyProfile().Mail); 2) name.surmane@company.com (this version is not provided by the office365 connector).
Agreement is succesfully sent to email version 2 "name.surmane@company.com" and any personal email but is not sent to email version 1 id@company.com. We can see that the agreement has been created in Adobe sign but was not delivered to the email.
Would you please have any solution for sending the agreement to the id@company.com as we get this type of email from the powerapp based on the user who is logged in (provided by the Office365 connector in Powerapps, syntax: Office365Users.MyProfile().Mail);).
