Hi

I am new to Power Automate. I am trying to create a flow for raising credit notes using a Form. I have 3 conditions for the credit note and email to different people for approval depending on the conditions. In the Form, one of the questions is to choose the Approval Level as below.

Level 1 Less than £1000

Level 2 Btwn £1000-£5000

Level 3 Greater than £5000

Depending on the levels, the emails would go to the appropriate person to approve. I have creates a flow with Switch.

The Test run successfully but I get below error.

Please could some one help me correct the flow. Am I missing something?

Many thanks in Advance

I don't see an error in your flow. I'd check to make sure the output you get in your Switch exactly matches what you have in your Cases. It looks like you have single quotes around Case 2 and Case 3 values which shouldn't be there.

I did a test and works successfully for me.

Your value for Case 2 that looks like it has a single quote at the start.

The flow is still failing even after I removed the single quotes. One thing i noticed is I changed Level 2:Between £1000-£5000 to Level 2: Btwn £1000-£5000 in the Form. if you see below Expression Result: Level 2:Between £1000-£5000.

You might need to refresh your flow (close, reopen) to get it to update the schema of the Form so it picks up your changes.
