    HI,

You can't directly say that you only want .xlsx files when using the activity retrieve emails from outlook within Power Automate Desktop.

    What you can do is:

    1. Use Retrieve email from outlook activity and save the files (im guessing you already have this part)

    2. Use get files in folder activity. HERE, you can filter on .xlsx

    3. Save those files somewhere else and clear the first folder.

    Good luck.

    Hi,

I did what you suggested That is working but I have a following problem.  It stores as %movedfiles% and ıt cant get file path for that how can I do that do you have an idea?

If moving files work after downloading them as an attachment, and %movedfiles% is an output from that activity, don't do anything.

Your next step should just be get files from folder (where the moved files are) and within this activity, you can filter on .xlsx

You can get to the path by looping your list. The value of %movedfiles% are multiple filepaths, you can retrieve the values from a list like that with simple activities. like a for each (filepath) loop.
