My GitHub sync works but only for one session. I can't save or publish. If I close without saving, I lose all changes, including the setting that enabled the git repo!
And I can't publish because publishing requires saving first, and I can't save because I see the error that the app name already exists. This error only happens with a git repo configured, but not otherwise.

I also get this error every time I open the app settings in the canvas editor:
Turn on 'Improve data source experience and Microsoft Dataverse views'
Please turn on Improve data source experience and Microsoft Dataverse views' prior to enabling this app
But the dialog has no buttons and does not reference what specifically I enabled that caused the issue, not to mention that the 'Improve data source experience and Microsoft Dataverse views' setting appears to be gone.
