for a particular email sender who sends an email with an attachment to any user, We need the attachment to get saved in a Teams folder that is accessible by all users who have access (Owner/members/guests).

Hi,

for that you have to find out the sharepoint location of teams channel and respective folder under which files should be saved.

Then once is found out, create a simple flow like below

To find out the sharepoint site: refer this - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/find-your-sharepoint-and-teams-files-in-onedrive-for-work-or-school-9275de7b-0b0b-40ee-8fa2-b17d1b0727d0#:~:text=See%20your%20SharePoint%20or%20Microsoft%20Teams%20files%20in%20the%20OneDrive,where%20the%20files%20are%20located.
