Desktop flows not visible under My Flows in MS Flow Portal

Hi All,

 

I've created the desktop flow in PAD and executed it successfully in my machine. But I couldn't find any of the PAD flows in the 'Desktop Flows' section under 'My Flows' in the MS flow portal. I have attached the screenshot of the same. As it's my personal account I didn't configure any other environment, it's the default environment.

 

I want to share this flow with another user. As it is not getting visible under my flows, I'm unable to share it with anybody. Can anybody help me or guide me to resolve this issue?

    Hmmmmm
    Looks like it's two different enviroments.
    On the webpage you have "Default environment", and on PAD you have "Sankar Lal"

    They should be the same, unless there is something I don't know about (Very likely)
    In our world we have two different environments
    "Default environment" and "Production environment", If i create a script in my PAD in either of the two environments they will show up on the Flow portal in the environment where they where created.

    Thanks for responding to my query. "Sankar Lal" is my account name, not the environment. I don't see an environment section/option itself in my PAD version. It will always available just besides settings options but it is not visible on my PAD.

    @Highboy Thanks for the update. As I have mentioned in the above screenshot, I don't see any environment option in my PAD using my personal account. But at the same time, I can see the environment option when I log in using my company account. Is it because of a personal account?

    Hey @shankarlalu ,

    It looks like you are not using the same account to connect in Power Automate for Deskop as the one you use in the Portal. Actually, it looks like you're using a Microsoft account in PAD instead of your OrgID.

    @kostasc Thanks for your response. I confirm both are my personal account. I cannot use my Org ID outside the business environment due to security constraints. I tried to check the same with my other personal ID, getting the same issue. The personal account has limitations I think.

    @shankarlalu Microsoft accounts can't view their flows in the portal, as the flows are saved in OneDrive and not in Dataverse.

    @kostasc do you know what kind of account is required to have desktop flows show up in Power Automate online portal?
