Powerapps - can no longer see a list of my apps

Hello all!

I am no longer able to see a full list of all of the apps I have created within the PowerApps web portal. Up until around a week ago, I was able to see, share and edit the canvas apps that I have created (or am a co-owner of). Recently though, I am not able to see any of them despite no changes to the licensing.

When monitoring the traffic, there appears to be a high number of failed calls.

Has this been observed before and if so, how can I resolve this.

    Do you have more than one environment and does the environment selection panel (top right, not shown in your pic) show the correct environment is currently selected?

    Hi @Kieran-zz 

    Are you able to locate the apps by using the search functionality?

    Can you check that you're in the correct Environment?

    If you were to create a new Solution, are the apps visible when you attempt to 'add an existing canvas app'?

    If the apps have completely gone missing, it might be worth raising a support ticket with Microsoft, which you can do by clicking the 'Create support ticket' button on the following page.

    I only have one environment and it is correctly selected within the panel (top right)

    No, the page reports that there are no matches when using the search function

    Thanks, I think I will try creating a ticket with MS. Interestingly, I can launch the app in both edit and play mode directly through the URL. A colleague is also able to see them in the list of apps, whilst my view is still missing. We have been through the account settings to make sure nothing has gone awry there and it all looks ok.

    Hi @Kieran-zz ,

     

    Did you get a resolution with MS on this? I'm having the same issues!  I managed to resolve it for a short time by using a VPN, which leads me to believe it's an issue with my ISP (Starlink), However even that is no longer allowing me to access my apps.

     

    Any info you may have would be welcome. TIA

    Hi @Jason-S,

     

    I didn't get a resolution per se, I use my organisation's VPN whenever I need to use Powerapps. My role involves me having to be connected via VPN frequently anyway so it does not really impact me. 

     

    Interestingly though, my ISP is also Starlink. Having a quick look, it appears as though others have reported similar issues and it appears as though a config change on the router could resolve the problem.
