Only Site Collection Admins are allowed to use this trigger

Hi I set a simple Flow.

When an item is deleted>Send an email.

There is a problem with Trigger.

It seems that the owner has to own the permission of Site Collection Admins.

Is there any other way to track when the share point item is deleted?

    Hi @Anonymous,

Actually, it is a limitation for security, if you have no permission of the SharePoint site, there is no way to track it.

For more discussion about this topic, you could refer to this post:

Hello i resolved the Problem with Microsoft Support. You need to be completly the owner of the sharepoint Site.
(Navigated to the SharePoint Online Admin Center, selected Active Sites, and clicked on the site name where the Site Collection Admin needed to be added. Under the Membership tab, we added Site Admins by clicking on "+ Add Site Admins," entering the name, and clicking on Add.navigated to the SharePoint Online Admin Center, selected Active Sites, and clicked on the site name where the Site Collection Admin needed to be added. And than in the flow:
(After setting the appropriate permissions, we checked if the flow got triggered. The flow did get triggered but failed with a "resource not found" error. This was because the "delete blob v2" action uses an ID, but previously, you had passed the file name. To make it work as expected, we used the "list blobs v2" action and selected the folder name. We then wrote a condition to compare the file name from the blob with the SharePoint file name. If the file name matches, the file will be deleted using the "delete blob v2" action.)
