Hi,
I have a canvas app that uses a Sharepoint list. After I assign an assistant or person to a ticket and hit save, I can see the changes. In other words, I see the person assigned to the ticket. However, the person assigned in this case is in London, and she is unable to see the update even after refreshing or synchronizing the app with the Sharepoint list. It could be a day or so before she can see the change in the app. I don't have these issues with US users. Also, the person in London can go straight into the Sharepoint list and see the changes right after I make them. She just can't see them in the app.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
