Copy items from one list to another of only a particular item in the source list- Basically a Lookup function

Hallo,

I need to build a flow by copying the items from one list to another.

I have 3 Lists.

One Source List 1, Source List 2 and destination list.

If i create or modify the Source List 1 it will be create or updated in Destination List. I have this flow running and works perfect.

Now, I need to get certain items from the Sourcelist 2 into Destination list without creating a new item. BAsically it is a look up Function where in it just gets the data from Source List 2 and pastes in the Destination List.

For Example : The below photo shows the destination list. It has to get the Data of Columns -Revision, Frame , Part Category related to cloumn BGR. from the Source List 2 which has data related to this coulmn

A help would be really appreciated.

@Vaishakraju What is the column that connects or have relationship between source list 2 and destination list? If you have a reference ID in destination list that you can look up to source list2, you can use Get items action with ODATA filter query to filter the source list2 and use Update Item to update the destination list.

Hi Ramesh,
The reference colmn is BGR which exits in Source List 2 and and Destination list. So, once the information lands in destanation list from Source list 1, It should look for data concerning the column BGR( Part number ) in Source list 2 and fetch the data to Source list 2

@Vaishakraju Use Get Items on Source list2 using ODATA filter query on BGR column based on the value landed in destination list. The result of the Get items can be updated in destination list.

I need to compare BGR Column of Source list to BGR column of Destination. In The OData filter query i must give a specific value which is not the case since all part numbers are different.
