Duplicate Sharepoint List Items being created from MS Forms

Hi,

I am having an issue where duplicate items are being created in my SharePoint list when I submit a form response. One of the list items has my data captured correctly while the other just duplicates the ResponseID with no other data.

When I run a test of my flow using a previously submitted form it loads into my SharePoint as expected with no duplicate so I am guessing this is something to do with my trigger but I have no idea what to change.

Any help would be appreciated

It wasn't doing this initially until a week ago?

Can you please share the solution? When we log in MS form, it creates duplicate item in Sharepoint list.
We're using a workflow to create the item from MS form to SharePoint list.
