    Hi @Chatwarun ,

First you need to confirm at which point would you like to send these emails. At a schedule timestamp or when some operations happen? or at the time when you click a button.

Here's link for basic introduction of cloud flow for your reference:

Overview of the types of flows in Power Automate(contains video) - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn

Go through the document and clarify more details about your request, I will help to make a demo for you.

    Can you share more details

    1. Where the 15 files are stored?

    2. Do you need to send these files to a specific users or users will vary based on each file

    3. What is the data and time you need to send these files.

Based on this we can guide. Also there are multiple tutorials in Youtube to perform this. I suggest you to have a look into them for better understanding.

    Hi @Chatwarun ,

According to your statement, a schedule flow which starts on 15 every month will work for you.

Suppose your 15 files are saved in the same folder in Onedrive, here're detailed steps for your reference:

    vwenjuanmsft_0-1689126241208.png

Set start time to 7/15 and interval to 1 Month, the flow will be triggered at 15 each month.

Then initialize a variable to store attachments later. List files in target folder.

Append each attachment to the array variable.

Finally we can send email with the attachments variable:
