Word document to Adobe Sign Document (signature field)

Hello,

I have an unusual use case that I can't find a good answer to.
My flow uses MS Forms to get data to fill in a Word Template, send that around for checking, but then upload to Adobe to get a Document ID, then "Create an agreement from an uploaded document and send for signature"

Is there a way to specify where the signature block is? I am thinking I could tag it in the Word template, but I can't see a way to reference that.
Any thoughts are appreciated.

Word document to Adobe Sign Document (signature field)
Based on my limited experience with Adobe Sign, when you upload a document, you manually drag and drop signature fields onto the document where you want them placed. Because of this, I typically add placeholder text in the Word document like “Place Signature Field Here” to indicate where those fields should go.

This is how I understand the process so far: Adding Fields to Your Documents | Adobe Acrobat Sign.

I’ll be receiving more in-depth training on Adobe Sign in the coming weeks, as I’ll be taking over support for it at my company. You may want to wait for confirmation from someone else in case I’m mistaken. It’s possible there’s a way to do this directly in the Word template, but I don’t believe it’s supported—especially since the “Populate a Word Template” action in Power Automate only works with text fields. You’d likely need to use a different method if you want to include signature fields.
