Hi,

Anyone has build flow through recorder to move emails with condition to pst folder.

Hi Petro,
Many thanks, the issue is that its not able to record the drag and select the last email. I tried to modify the code to received at year but still not able to. How do we record the drag or select those emails received from year XXXX to move to pst. Please advice.

Hi @snayaksg
Depending on the way that you follow to access your emails, you could choose one of the below folders of Actions:
Email / Exchange / Outlook.
Using the "Process Email" Action, you could move an email from one folder to another.
I would suggest building the desktop flow manually, as that process would be difficult for the recorder.

Follow easy steps to export EML files into Outlook PST:

Step 1: Download, Install and run EML to PST Converter in your Windows Operating System.

Step 2: Add EML files by either clicking Select File or Select Folder option. Hit Next button to proceed further.

Step 3: Now the software display list of all EML files in preview pane with checkboxes. Tick required EML files to convert in PST.

Step 4: Click on Save Attachments option to save attachments in separate folder. After that click on Export button.

Step 5: Now choose PST(Outlook) and other required option like split PST, advance rules/filters, destination location. Hit Export button to start conversion process.
