Subgrid on basic form only shows one record per page

I have a basic form on my portal for users to input data in various fields and i have a subgrid so they can upload or read documents.

The subgrid only shows one file per page and you have to click to see each file which is hard for a user with say twenty files uploaded. Is there anyway I can change this?

Please see pic for clarification. Its a basic form on a custom portal.

Hi @matthu

You can change the number of rows of your document subgrid from Dynamics 365 or CDS.

Go to Form.
Click the Formatting tab and choose your formatting preferences.
You can now control the whole layout. You can configure the number of rows, and you can set the section to automatically expand to use available space. You can make the social pane shorter or longer to fit your needs.

After above changes, clear the cache and check.
