Have you tried   running the flow as the owner and make sure you have system admin rights?
    Should most likely solve this.

Otherwise there isnt enough info for me to debug this, please share the enitre process in detail.

I am trying to create this flow. as currently planner task start date automatically go to project start date not todays date when the task was created.

the flow is failing as i said earlier for the trigger itself and it is saying you do not have required permission.

Try to toggle off the new designer and run your flow from the Classic Designer. If that doesn't work, create a brand new flow. Toggle off the new designer first, then add your actions. Run a test and see if it works.

The new designer is still a bit buggy.

Instead of downloading email attachments to OneDrive or SharePoint just so you can add them to a Planner Task—automate it. In this Microsoft Power Automate Tutorial—I’m going to show you how build a flow that will take your email attachments and add them to a Planner task. All you need to do is copy a link to a task, forward the email to yourself and the attachments will be saved onto SharePoint and attached to your planner task.
