Update file in Google Drive as "successful" but not working

Hi,

I have posted a questions previously regarding building a flow to extract a file from a .zip folder and updating another file in Google Drive (see here previous post ). It seemed that the flow was working. However, the past few days, the "Update File" has not been working, despite the flow running "successfully".

The File seems updated (it shows Last modification at the same time as the flow ran) but the content is not updated.

This is the flow:

The INPUTS seem to be ok, so I assume the problem is in the OUTPUTS. Can you help figure out why it is not working?

Hi @filipa07,

Please add the other Get file content action under the Update file action, to check the content of the updated file content whether has changed.

Hi @v-litu-msft ,

I've done as you said and the file content has changed. The content of the file in the "get file" action after the "Update File" action, is updated:

Then why is the file in Google Drive not updated?

Hi @filipa07,

I think it is caused by Google Drive backup, there are some similar posts in Google Drive community and blog about this issue, you could have a reference to:

When your syncing is stuck, and Sync then reopens it.

Hi @v-litu-msft , thank you for your reply.

The issues you shared are related to Google Drive upgrades and sync to computer and I don't have an upgrade of the product nor the Google Drive in my computer.

The file appears as Last modified at the time the Extracted file is created, which is an indication that the flow is working. However the content of the file is not updated.

I have also opened a ticket with Google Drive to see if they can help me.
