Hi.
I hope to find some help inhere.

I do not have much experience with Power Automate desktop, so a solution have to be specified "step by step" to me.

We are doing the same action several times every day on a website

I have done a record of what we do on the website. See it here: https://youtube.com/shorts/QqZRhTtH7v8?feature=share

In writing what we do is:

- Dbl click on a line

- Click "OK" or enter on the keyboard to the popup box that pops up

- Move to the end of the line by clicking the mouse in the end/press "end" key on the keyboard

- Paste some test that we "pre" have copied to clipboard"

- Click "enter" for the website to save the line

- Move down to the next line belos -> click the field and repeat the process

I have tried with some browser macro recorders but cannot make it work. Therefore i am now turning to Power Automate and ask inhere.

Every good idea is more than welcome

Before I can help you, I need to know: is it necesarry to double click the field? Or can u also tab into the field and click on enter.

The answer to above question determines whether the solution in my head might work in your case.

Thank you for your reply.
Yes it is necesarry to dbl click in the field, and it is not possible to tab to the field and hit "enter".
I imagine a solution is something like...
Dbl click exactly here on the screen
Do alle the other things via the keyboard
Move the mouse xx pixels down (to the next line) and repeat the process starting by dbl click again.
But again - i am defenetly not an expert, so if you have other ideas they are very welcome

Ah, that makes stuff a little more difficult.

Your suggestion might work, however it will cause problems if you need to scroll down the page. When automating you actually want to avoid working with mouse positions, because it's extremely prone to errors..

Once again thank you for taking time to reply.
Is my suggestion the only possibility ?
In that case it will still help us a lot to take "one page at a time" and have Power Automate do the work.
I mean....
Lets say that i can see 25 lines on my screen.
I place the mouse on the first field ready for Power Automate to dbl click.
When the 25 lines are done, i manually scroll down to the next 25 lines, place the mouse and start PA again.
Is that relative easy to setup ? If yes - can you explain how ?
Do you have other suggestions to solve the issue ?

I've been thinking about a solution for u.

U might want to try using the 'Move Mouse to Text on Screen (OCR)' function, within a loop.
- Set the occurence to the 'LoopIndex' variable. By doing so, you will let PAD know that it should move to mouse to a different occurence in every single loop (i.e., occurence 1, occurence 2 , occurence 3 ... etc). Translated in your case it would be: 80095-6 #1, 80095-6 #2, 80095-6 #3 ... etc.
- The loop amount depends on the X amount of rows u have. If u don't know, simply set it to increment by 0 (so that it infinitely loops).
- State that you want to move the mouse to '80095-6' in the 'Move Mouse to Text on Screen (OCR)' settings
- After the mouse moves, u can set it to double click
- Afterwards u can program it, so that it inputs your text (just as you described).
