Send an email notification (V3) not working as expected

I just created my first flow from a SharePoint list.

The flow itself is simple - when status value is equal to "x" send an email.

Here's the issue: An email is getting sent just saying someone updated the status to "X", but the subject and body of email as set up in my flow are not getting through.

Here is the flow:

Any guidance on getting this to work properly would be greatly appreciated.

    It looks like you might have to have a chat with IT to see if they can set no-reply@sharepointonline.com as trusted (Safe senders list). It's currently not trusted by default and blocking content being sent through via Send an email notification.
