Scheduled Job Incorrect Time

I have a flow that runs on a scheduled job. It takes everything from a calendar for the next 30 days, then sends an email with all the events to a specific user.  We have it set to run at 10am Pacific time, but today it ran at 3am Pacific.  Does anyone know what could be causing this?  The time zones are applied by our Infrastructure team and are all set to pacific time and I don't have the ability to change it in my O365 profile as the language and time zones options are unavailable.  I checked my Outllok WA, which is also set to Pacific, so I'm not sure what's missing.Timer Job.PNG

Hi Alice, I'm not sure this will work as a solution, as this is a scheduled job that only runs once a month.

I moved the time ahead by 7hrs, so 5pm PDT and it fired at 10am PDT.  I wonder where its pulling the time zone from?
