I am trying to follow the instructions from this blog https://reality-tech.com/send-sharepoint-list-item-attachments-in-the-email-using-power-automate/ to send an email with attachments. The only difference is that I am using Power Apps v2 as a trigger and Send an Email v3 for the output. I was able to include the attachment in the email but I can't open it (tried different file extensions .png, .xlsx, and .docs). Below is the structure of my flow and the email attachment.
Hi @nick_pacun2024
Please show the code and actions and Email and how you populated the attachment content and then how you attached etc.
Thats the important stuff.
If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help othersCheersThank YouMichael Gernaey MCT | MCSE | MCP | Self-Contractor| Ex-Microsofthttps://gernaeysoftware.comLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/michaelgernaey
Thank you for responding @FLMike,I will provide the onselect function that I use in my Power Apps button (see PowerAppsRunFlow.docx attachment). And the contents of my flow. When Power Apps calls a flow v2 > Initialize var and get attachments > apply to each > delay and for each.I will attach the last 2 .pngs (apply to each & delay and for each) to a separate reply.
Here are the remaining actions.
