Hi All,
Anyone can help me with "How to cancel or re-schedule Teams Meeting using Power Automate?". Thank you in advance.
You should be able to delete an event, or update event and change date/time. Both options will work, but both require the meeting ID. I've only ever used these in conjuction with an event I created in power automate, so I stored out the meeting ID for future use. I don't know how to get the ID from outlook on the desktop, you might be able to get it from the URL from outlook web.
How do you store the ID for future use?
as part of the flow I write the meeting id into a sharepoint list. At the time you create the event, the meeting id is part of the returned variables from the create meeting action.
