Form flow - add user to multiple Teams (that the user opted for)

Hello.

I built a form with 20 Teams groups, each with 2 selection options for people outside my organization (the general channel will be automatic, the Core one will be manual).

I have built the flow, it creates the User correctly, but I do not know how to create the condition for each Team so the user is added exclusively to the Teams they opted for. Please help. In this moment users they get added to ALL Teams I create conditions for.

Thank you so much!

@AncaP  are users selecting the team name on the form? can you show a screenshot of how you are providing team names on the form? Also do you have access to premium connectors, if yes, then you can get team id from team name and further use team id in Add a member to a team., so that you dont have to use conditions in your flow for each time, if not, then let me know the how the user is selecting team in form, so that i know what format of data for team names will be provided in flow, to use the team name in condition.

Thank you for your reply, Anna!

You can see the form in my print-screen above, what users select. I managed to solve by myself, please see the connection below (the title of the Form section is not equal to the Selection they make)...no idea why it is like this, but it works!

BUT now I need to configure the automatic email a user received after being added to each Team they select...could you please help with that?

    Hi @AncaP ,

You may use "Send Email (V2)" to send out a notification to the user who is added to the specific team:

    Thank you, @JisungHan

I did that successfully. One more question and I will close the thread.

How can I give a new external user, via Form Flow, easy access to the new Teams they selected. I need 2 scenarios, if they are Teams users with their own organization and if they are not Teams users. How can I Send an email to a new added user with links and guidelines to log into the Teams they selected?

    Thank you

    Anca

@AncaP  are these external guest users already added to azure active directory, or they wont be added to active directory before they fill up the form. I think this video may help you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cKTPj206HnY
