I'm having a few issues trying to use the Custom Prompt tools in Copilot Studio.
Our main goal of what we are attempting to do is to prompt the user to upload a file (in a .PDF) file format and have the Copilot Agent analyse the text, and format it on a provided template file.
We are using the Custom Prompt tool in Copilot Studio which seems to work when in the testing section, however, we have a few issues when trying to implement it into our Agents.
- The first issue is when trying to create a prompt, the option for "Add Content" is missing the file upload option. Only way I can get around this is to use the Copilot draft option to make me a Draft Prompt that includes a Document Input to use.
- The second error is when we upload a file to test with, and use it, the model response outputs okay and we can open the link provided to the outputted document. However, when we click Save, and try again (even if we back out first and go back in) we receive the following error about placeholders.
Understand that this may be a general bug as it is still in preview state - but was curious if anyone else had experienced the same issues and any workarounds in the meantime.
