SharePoint File Shortcuts

We use Teams to share files. Our use case has a multiple level nested folder structure. For example, Stock Research has a subfolder for Financials which has a subfolder for Insurance and a subfolder for Banking and then there is a company under that. The result is there is a lot of clicking. The folder structure is appropriate, but we have users that just need the current 30 stocks in the portfolio.

Is there a way to create a shortcut (similar to Windows Explorer) where the short cut could be in a Folder at the Top AND in the appropriate subfolder?

1) Full document is at Stock Research/Financial/Insurance/Aflac/

2) Shortcut is at Stock Research/Current Holdings/

I'd like to run a flow in SharePoint (when clicked) to copy and paste a shortcut to Stock Research/Current Holdings/

Is the individuals name is associated with each file - is there a person or group column with their name? If so, then you might consider creating a view that filters documents so that only their documents are shown. The view can show the documents inside or outside of folders inside or outside of folders. One view will work for everyone - person or group column = [Me].

It is not user specific. Unfortunately. (Manager needs to see a summary and the create/user needs the detailed folder structure).

I like the idea and the views is helpful. I think I would need an additional "metadata" column that I could then filter the view. It doesn't appear we can "tag" a file and then show it as a column.

Appreciate your response and will use in other places, but it doesn't work here.
