Dynamic content missing from emails?

Hi,

I've built a number of simple flows in Power Automate without too many issues, but I'm suddenly experiencing problems with building flows where I need to send an email.

As an example, here is a basic flow I have built to illustrate the problem, but it's happening across all my SharePoint/Power Automate flows. The flow should send me an email with some dynamic content in it, but when I receive the email, these sections are blank.

I've tried deleting the email and re-adding it, using a compose action to capture the information instead, and rebuilding the entire flow from scratch; I get the same problem every time.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received!

    Hi,

not sure whether it is a bug associated with modern designer, could you switch back to old designer and add the dynamic contents there again in email body ?

    Hi,

I tried to replicate the behavior but it is not happening for me. I’d definitely open a ticket with Microsoft Support. Also, try with the old designer and see if you notice the same problem.

    Hope this helps. Anthony.

I rebuilt one of the flows this afternoon using the old designer and it seems to be working correctly, fingers crossed. I will definitely raise a ticket with Microsoft as well because that's monumentally infuriating!

    Thank you for your help.
