QUick question regarding my form

i have created a form on teams that have several branching sections  and it works great , my only issue now is that the spreadsheet that collects the response's it a bit to long and messy, is there anything i can do to that will look for specific category from  one of the columns   and then pull that information onto a new named tab with the same name as the category.

if possible rather than pull hat full row if only brings over the columns related to the category - hope this makes sense

    Hi @Dougers1,

I would recommend using a different spreadsheet than the one that Microsoft Forms automatically generates for you as it can get a bit funny if you try to customize this.

Then you should be able to use the steps in the example Flow (screenshot attached) to populate your various tables (which would only have the relevant columns) based on the initial category.

    Does that help at all?

    Thanks,

    Ben

@Dougers1 if it's a group form you need to paste in the form ID as a custom value, it won't appear in the dropdown.
