Hi,
My current Flow is
When a freshdesk ticket is updated > If the status = closed > send an adaptive card on teams (screenshot of the flow below)
I want the flow to only trigger when client send an email, currently it's getting triggered when client reply, notes added, ticket details change.
Tried checking the trigger output but I couldn't find any line that shows what has been updated.
Is there a way around this?
