Hi All -
My organization is still slowly adopting the use of Power Automate. As such, much of our use is by way of connecting to different connectors from our network credentials (as opposed to a service account). Because of this, our credentials inevitably need to be reset periodically. When they do, I've found that certain flows (those dependent on the stored credentials) will fail.
As much as I want to believe that we'll all be on top of our game in going into to update our credentials in our flows, we'll sometimes forget. When we do, the flow continues to run but fail.
I'm wondering if there's a way to receive a "daily report" of flow failures. I receive the bi weekly email listing the number of failed runs but that's too infrequent. I also know how to set up the "Configure Run After" but for certain flows (those that run every 5 minutes) that level of alert will be too frequent.
Is there a middle ground setting that I could configure to set up something like a daily report? If there's not a baked in setting, what would you recommend? Would like to avoid updating every single flow with a "Configure Run After" if possible. I really like the bi-weekly email notification, just would like it every day is all.
Thanks in advance!
