As I get my daily report (In the form of excel), I'd like for that data to be put into a master document, so that way I can track all daily reports in a single excel spreadsheet.

If the excel file you received has the same table structure and table name, maybe you could try as follows.
I'm assuming you get daily reports via email attachments and your master file is stored in a SharePoint document library
1. Here are my excel files.

If you need to more continuously update and/or create many rows in Excel, try batch actions:
