We just had one of our flows shown below fail. We have not made any changes to either of the connections and this is a fairly basic flow.
Any help from those who have run across this would be appreciated. We did try to redo the connection but no luck.

Please provide full error message for further analysis.
Have you tried re-creating the same Flow to see if a similar issue still exists?
In addition, the Error message shows that the account used to configure the connection for this action does not seem to have permission to create an item in the specified list. Please check if the current user has sufficient permissions.
