I'm trying to create a URL to open a record in the field service app, if I paste my URL directly into a browser it works fine, the issue is when I'm creating the URL and adding it to an email the link isnt clickable.
Build the link
add to email
link not clickable on received email
Code from the email
is it something to do with th "=3D"?
I've created lots of other hyper links but this is the first to open an app rather than awebsite so I wonder if i'm doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
