This is the website; I can extract the name and email address really easy since they are on this page. But for the biography (View profile), I have to open this link (Hassan Baji - CQUniversity) for every lecturer and extract the biography (about me information). But I don't know how. Please help me out.

Hi,

I had a similar project a little while ago.

What you want to do is:

Extract the URL's of all items. Which will be the Href value and store it.

Then you want to loop all URL's where you open the URL's one by one and do you extracting on the opened URL page.

The steps within your Loop after you extracted URL's are:

Loop(

1. Open URL (tab)

2. Extract Values within opened URL (you can extract the URL's by using the loopcounter to acces the List of URL's)

3. Close Tab (I used keyboard inputs LeftControlF4)

4. Write the extracted values to somewhere.

This is it basically, good luck.

And PS: don't do this for big datasets because Power Automate Desktop is pretty slow. I did this method on 6900 URLs and it took around 60 hours to finish.
