Hi team,
I am able to convert a word to pdf using Microsoft flows but the font is loosing in the PDF. any help is really appreciated.
Hey @Awad ,
What Power Automate Converter are you using? Does your Word Document have custom font?
@CFernandes ,
I am using the Metric Light, Metric Medium, Metric Bold Fonts. I hope these are the default fonts that comes with the Word Document
Hi @Awad I am afraid the fonts(Metric Light, Metric Medium, Metric Bold Fonts) are not default Fonts available in word, you can find the list below.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/fonts-that-are-installed-with-microsoft-office-2013-products-35dfa558-f367-43e6-8f62-7305096b5c21
Changing to a Font available in Word Application should resolve you problem.

@CFernandes , thanks for your response but the manual conversion from word to pdf works and so the end users expect the Microsoft flows to work the same way. If this is a limitation than Microsoft must improve its 'Convert to PDF' Action in flows
@Awad Which Converter are you using can you please share the screenshot?
@CFernandes
I am creating a word Doc (Font Exists), Converting to PDF and creating pdf file in OneDrive (Font Changed).
At the moment, user generated pdf using the manual save as pdf option
@Awad I see you already had a look at the thread https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/I-Found-A-Bug/OneDrive-convert-to-PDF-is-losing-embedded-Fonts/td-p/104265
and I find no solution.
Please vote for the idea https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Ideas/Convert-Words-to-PDF-Missing-Fonts/idi-p/347186
If fonts are important to you then you may want to contact third party http://www.muhimbi-online.com/Home I am sure they will accommodate your request.
You need to embed the font in the word document and then it will convert fine. Open word file go to preferences, save, font embedding. Now when the file is sent to Microsoft to covert to pdf it contains the custom font and will convert correctly.
Thanks, was struggling with this for a while.
