Hi community,
So I've got a Form which when filled should trigger a certain automated Flow but it is not even detected.
The Flow itself is a copy for further development, of an existing Flow that worked just fine with the Form. I have refreshed the connectors and accounts linked, no connection error show up. I also built a parallel small Flow (while turning the other one off) linked to the same Form submission trigger, and it properly captures the Form and runs the Flow within seconds.
The 2 Flows start exactly the same and quite simply:
I do see the responses details added into my Excel file when I run the small test Flow connected to the same Form being submitted. When I turn it off and try the main dev one, still nothing. No error displayed in the run field, just nothing detected:
I also deleted the initial steps and rebuild it to force proper listing of my Forms list and refresh the fields, everything is smooth and properly listed in Flow builder.
I'd like to avoid rebuilding this Flow from scratch because it's quite a long one, with multiple approval steps, document mapped and autofilled, etc. So after ensuring all connectors were listed to my own email address I tried to save a copy of the Flow but it won't let me, hence my post here to get back on the initial issue and see what my options are.
I could see a lot of users reporting Form-to-Flow trigger issues over the months and I just see Microsoft team answers like "passed to the team", "hotfix has been built", etc, but no specific answer seem to be said on how to prevent/fix that on user side.
Thank you in advance!
