Multiple configurations in Document Automation

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a Document Automation flow.
I have multiple AI Builder models, but I want to use them in a single Document Automation flow.

My trigger is a OneDrive (for Business) main folder, with a subfolder for different documents.

I have managed to change the pre-build flows so that the correct Document Automation Configuration gets chosen. (I've had to add the configurations manually in the table, because the PowerApp only allows 1 configuration)

This allows me to upload the documents, and they get linked to the correct Configuration.

Now to properly read out the data, I also need to manually fill up the Document Automation Taxonomy and Table Taxonomy tables. I've tried this out and it works, but it is a LOT of manual work, and if I accidentally touch Document Automation Configuration in the PowerApp it overwrites the Taxonomy tables again.

Is there an easier way to do this that I'm missing?

The files come from different companies, and belong together. But the data on them are all so differently displayed that it makes no sense to make only 1 model with 15+ collections.

Thank you in advance.
