I am interested in exporting a SharePoint list into excel at the end of everyday. Every method of doing this requires us paying for a service. I'd like to use flow since we already have a deal with Microsoft. Does anyone know how realistic this idea is?

Currently there is no action available under Microsoft Flow to export SharePoint lists and then save the data into Excel.
To make it work in Microsoft Flow, we need an existing Excel file, and a pre-defined table with all the fields the same as the SharePoint list, please note that currently not all SharePoint List column type are supported for Microsoft Flow to read/write with.
With an Existing Excel file, we could configure the flow in the following way to make it work:
